The Villa is fully furnished and equipped. The price includes taxes, bed linen and bath towels.
It is advisable to take beach towels.
Rates also include:taxes, electricity, water usage, TV licence and WIFI (where applicable).
Services and additional facilities are stated in the website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or changes must be received by email ( zackpap1966@gmail.com)
and be from the person named on the booking form.
The effective date of cancellation is the date on which written notification
is received by the Property Owner of the holiday villa in Crete.
•If the Guest cancels 8 weeks or more before arrival, a 70% of the holiday cost will be refunded.
•If the Guest cancels within 8 weeks prior to arrival, a 50% of the holiday will be refunded.
•If the Guest cancels within 4 weeks prior to arrival, the holiday cost will not be refunded.
CAUTION
The Guest must keep the holiday accommodation and all furniture, fittings, effects, facilities and equipment in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday.
The Guest is responsible for all damage or loss that might occur to the property or its contents during occupation.
